Return & Refund Policy


We want our valued customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may need to return the goods.

We recommend you read our Return & Refund Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on return and refund. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

This Return & Refund Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our website (https://www.belijeh.com/).


Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns must be done within thirty (30) days starting from the day the goods are placed successfully. To be eligible for return & refund, the goods must be in resalable condition, new condition and in its orginal packaging along with all original accessories (including user manuals, any free gifts and vouchers received with it).

Kindly ensure that you have the flowing information before submission:
  • Contact details (Name, address, telephone numbers and email address)
  • Proof of purchase (Order number)
  • Proof of parcel delivery status
  • Proof of parcel/ product condition (Photos/videos are required)
  • Detailed description of the return reason


Reason of Return

(i) Buyer's Personal Reasons

The reasons may including but not limit to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification
  • Product not meeting expectation
  • Simply found it cheaper elsewhere

The buyer MUST contact us and provide proof for verification. Once the returns have been approved, we will arrange a return for you by generating the waybill for you to dropoff the returned parcel at your nearest courier service center but buyer will be responsible for both shipping fee and return shipping fee, the cost will be deducted during refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that all returns are subject to investigation and verification taken up to seven (7) working days before a refund or replacement is issued.

For Online Banking or Touch n Go payment via our payment gateway system (Revenue Monster) only:

A refund will be initiated after the returned item passes our inspection. Refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method, you will receive an email notification and it can take up to fourteen (14) working days for the funds to appear on your statement.

For Bank Transfer payment:

If you make a payment via bank transfer, the refund will not be issued in cash. Instead, it will be provided as a credit or voucher, specially created for you. This credit or voucher must be used within 90 days from the date the refund is approved and can only be redeemed on our website (www.belijeh.com).


(ii) Seller's Reasons

The reasons may including but not limit to:

  • Product defect affecting its functionality and not caused by buyer's misuse
  • Wrong items received

The buyer MUST contact us and provide proof for verification. Once the returns have been approved, we will arrange a FREE return for you by generating the waybill for you to dropoff the returned parcel at your nearest courier service center. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that all returns are subject to investigation and verification taken up to seven (7) working days before a refund or replacement is issued.

(iii) Delivery Damage/ Parcel Lost

In the event of parcel damage/ parcel lost during transportation, the buyer must notify us immediately within twenty four (24) hours and provide along with the proof. The buyer is eligible for compensation of up to a RM200 store credit refund to your BeliJeh's account upon approval. For high-value items, we recommend to contact us to purchase additional delivery insurance to protect against any potential damage or loss during transportation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items do not meet the above criteria or if they are returned without proper communication and verification. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchanged product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.
